Officers discussed having non-members interested in attending general meetings to pay a $10 ticket fee to attend the general meetings. The T-shirt Fundraiser will be going live soon for two weeks with student and faculty pick-up available at the NWC as well as direct home shipping. Discussion over how the election of the Freshman and Graduate Representatives will happen. OU SCAN and the Weather Friends will be attending the Max Westheimer Aviation Festival on September 23. Possible new amendment for the SCAN Constitution to rework the election process for the Freshman and Graduate Representatives. Discussion of the AMS Student Conference Abstract topic was discussed as well as plans for the September Social Event, The Little Event registration, and future guest speakers for monthly general meetings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
